Grape: This wine was produced using 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The Cabernet Sauvignon grape is native to France. It is used in many famous blends in France, most notably it is the premier grape in the Left Bank Bordeaux blends.

Aromas: Blueberry, blackberry, cocoa, oak, vanilla, cinnamon spice
Flavors: Blackberry, chocolate, clove, black cherry
Body: Full
Alcohol: 14.1%

Balance: Really well balanced with plenty of black fruits and silky tannins
Serving Tips: 60° to 65° F, red wine glass, decant for 1 to 2 hours

Winery Notes: The famous wine makers of the Caymus Vineyards in Napa Valley started producing the Bonanza Cabernet wines in 2019. To produce these wines the winemakers are exploring vineyard sites off the beaten track that produce delicious Cabernet Sauvignon throughout California. Therefore “The Vinekeeper” series of wines will showcase different areas over time. This wine was produced using grapes from Napa Valley, renowned for its unique ability to produce incredible Cabernet Sauvignon.
