Grape:  This wine was produced using 100% Riesling grapes. The Riesling grape is native to Germany and the grapes used for this wine are from the world famous Mosel Valley in Germany.  The Mosel Valley is known for the very best Riesling grapes in the world.

Color: Pale straw

Aromas:  Floral, green apple, pear, apricot, honey and lime

Flavors:  Pear, pineapple, citrus, , green apple, minerals

Body:  Medium

Alcohol:  10%

Acid:  High

Sweetness: Off dry

Tannins:  N/A

Balance:   Slightly sweet but quite good Mosel Riesling with excellent acidity, great for an apertif

Serving Tips:  45° to 49° F, white wine glass, no need to decant

Food Pairings:  sweet and spicy Asian & India dishes, soft cheeses, crab cakes, salads

Aging:  up to 3 years, drink while it is young

Winery Notes:  The vineyards that produced this wine come from the Mosel Valley of western Germany.  These Riesling grapes were discovered by a husband-and-wife team.  The vineyards are 100% hand-harvested due to the steep inclines of the Mosel Valley.  This hand-picking also ensures grape quality.
