Winery Notes: The Neleman Organic Vineyards are in the Valencia wine region of southeastern Spain. The Neleman Organic Winery is in one of Valencia’s highest regions and in the heart of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park. In a tiny village in Valencia, Spain, Derrick Neleman discovered an old and neglected winery and breathed new life into it, together with a friend and winemaker along with the people from the area. That’s how Neleman was founded in 2014. Since then, Neleman has been making delicious, often internationally awarded organic, vegan wines for a reasonable price.
