Grape: This wine is produced using 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot grapes. This is a Left Bank Bordeau blend. The vineyard is in the Haut Medoc appellation.

Balance: nicely balanced, complex wine with silky tannins, a very good low cost Bordeau blend
Serving Tips: 60° F, red wine glass, decant for 1 hour
Food Pairings: veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, and grilled dishes.
Aging: can age for 12 years
Winery Notes: In 1990, the estate was purchased by the Cazeneuve family. It consists of 36.4-hectare vineyard planted with 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc vines. The wine isvinified in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in vat. The wine is then aged in 30% new, French oak barrels for about 12 months before bottling.
