Grape: This wine is a Bordeaux style blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc, 11% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot grapes.

Flavors: Blueberries, blackberries, plum, leather, spice, vanilla, chocolate

Balance: Well balanced with plenty of tannins and acid along with mouth full of flavor
Serving Tips: 60° to 65° F, red wine glass, decant for 2 hours

Winery Notes: Le Vigne Winery is in the Paso Robles AVA in the Central Coast region halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles. The Filippini family purchased the land in the early 1960’s and started producing wine in 1989. Grapes grown in the vineyards include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Grenache, Petite Sirah, Malbec, and Tannat.
