Grape: This wine is produced using 100% Syrah grapes. A native to the Rhone Valley in France, however this wine is produced in the Barossa Valley of Australia where it is known as Shiraz.

Balance: Nicely balanced and a typical Australian Shiraz
Serving Tips: 60°F to 65°F in red wine classes, decant up to 2 hours
Aging: 5 to 8 years
