Wine: Mother’s Milk Shiraz 2020

Grape:  This wine is produced using 100% Syrah grapes. A native to the Rhone Valley in France, however this wine is produced in the Barossa Valley of Australia where it is known as Shiraz.

Color:  Deep garnet red with purple hues

Aromas:  Blueberry, raspberry, chocolate, oak,

Flavors:  Chocolate, black cherry, oak, plum, pepper

Body: Full

Alcohol:  14.5%

Acid: Medium

Sweetness: Dry

Tannins: Medium

Balance:  Nicely balanced and a typical Australian Shiraz

Serving Tips:  60°F to 65°F in red wine classes, decant up to 2 hours

Aging:  5 to 8 years

Food Pairings:  grilled meat and game, pasta with a red sauce, or aged cheeses
