Winery Notes : The Haart vineyard where the grapes were grown to produce this wine is from the Piesport region of the Rheingau. In this region, the grapes are grown on very steep, south-facing slopes where some of Germany’s best Riesling grapes are produced. The continental climate of the Piesport due to the high slopes, the Rhein River and a growing season which lasts from early April to early November is extremely well suited for the cultivation of the Riesling grape.
